How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
Shipping & Handling
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
– Production: Processing Time:All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 8 – 10 business days, specially Hockey Jersey will take additional 15 business days.
– Shipping: The Standard Shipping: Most apparel items are:
$6.99 for one item shipped domestic
$7.99 for the one item shipped product to the rest of the world
If over one item, you still only pay $6.99 for any additional items shipped domestic and 7.99$ per each additional product to the rest of the world
– Estimated Delivery: Items typically takes 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. But in this pandemic period, it could get some delay.
Our shipping methods being currently available is DHL Global Mail. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped y ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometime we will not provide you with tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Global Mail, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Important Note
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the “Product Details” link to find your best fit!
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Aesthic Shop, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@aesthicstore.com and one of our helpful support staff will organization a reprint or a refund for you!
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 60 days for pillow covers, shoes or saddle bags….. after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
Returns & Refund
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
To return your items, you should contact our customer service team. Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return.
